A clear path from idea to order.
Tell us what you need.
Browse our products or describe your idea. Send the item number, estimated quantity, budget, delivery destination and required date through our quote form.
Review your custom quote.
We review product specifications, decoration, setup charges, shipping and timing with you. Website prices and quantity tiers are reference prices; the final quote confirms your project details.
Confirm by email and send your PO.
Both parties confirm the final quote, product specifications and payment terms by email. Send us your purchase order (PO) to establish the order.
Follow the agreed payment terms.
New customers generally pay in full in advance. Existing customers may agree on a deposit based on the business relationship, with the remaining balance paid before shipment.
Approve production by email.
Email your artwork with your company name and item number. Review the agreed artwork and product details, then confirm production approval by email. Changes before production require a revised quote and reconfirmed delivery schedule.
Plan for delivery and check your order.
Confirm the recipient details and delivery address. On receipt, check the products and report quality issues within 7 days, with your order number, affected quantity and clear photos or videos.

Product, quantity and branding
Share the item number or product idea, estimated quantity, preferred colors, logo or decoration requirements and packaging needs. Email artwork to info@epbprint.com.
Destination and deadline
Include the delivery ZIP code or country and required delivery date. For an urgent order with a specific event date, we accept the order only after confirming by email that we can deliver by that date.
