Everything Printed Business Inc. operates epbprint.com, a promotional product catalog and inquiry website. Contact us at info@epbprint.com, (929) 294-8882, or 247 NY-100 #105, Somers, NY 10589, United States.
Information you provide
When you request a quote, we collect your name, email address, product or item details and estimated quantity. You may also provide your company, customer type, budget, delivery date, destination and customization requirements. If you email us artwork or project documents, we receive those materials and your correspondence.
The quote form starts an inquiry. It does not place an order, collect payment card information or subscribe you to marketing.
The website does not automatically send marketing emails. Our sales representatives may send targeted new-product introductions to customers. If you reply asking to stop receiving these introductions, we will stop sending them.
How inquiry information is used and stored
We use the details you submit to review your request, prepare a quote and communicate about your project. Website inquiries are stored privately in our WordPress administration area, and a notification containing the inquiry is sent to info@epbprint.com.
Our inquiry system uses a hashed identifier derived from the submitting network address and email to reduce duplicate submissions. It is set to expire after 60 seconds.
Service providers and sharing
To fulfill orders, we share the necessary logos, artwork, product specifications and customization requirements with our production suppliers. We share the necessary recipient name, delivery address and contact telephone number with shipping providers to arrange delivery.
Customer information is used only by the sales representatives responsible for that customer and the personnel involved in handling the order, production and delivery, as needed for their roles.
We require production suppliers to use customer artwork and information only for the relevant order, and not for their own promotion or for other customers.
We do not sell or rent customer information, or provide it to other companies for their marketing.
We use Hostinger to host the website and its database, including inquiries submitted through the quote form. We use NetEase business email to receive inquiry notifications, artwork and project correspondence, and to communicate with customers.
Cookies and technical information
WordPress uses cookies when site administrators log in, to maintain authentication and administration settings. This catalog does not offer customer account registration or public comment and product-review forms.
We have disabled the Hostinger Reach email-marketing integration and WooCommerce visitor-source attribution tracking. Cookies stored before those features were disabled may remain until they expire or you remove them. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings.
Our hosting provider automatically records website requests in server access logs. These records can include request time, IP address, requested resource, browser or device information, country inferred from the IP address, request size and response time.
Hostinger manages these technical logs separately from the inquiry and order records described below. We have not confirmed a fixed retention period for provider-held logs. For questions about these records, contact info@epbprint.com. Hostinger also provides information in its Privacy Policy.
Website statistics
We use WP Statistics to measure visits, page views, traffic sources, device types and approximate location inferred from IP addresses. IP addresses are anonymized and hashed with a daily changing salt. WordPress user-ID tracking and storage of full browser user-agent strings are disabled. Detailed statistics are scheduled for aggregation after 90 days; site-wide and per-page visitor and view totals have no fixed automatic deletion date. Optional usage-data sharing with the plugin provider is disabled.
EPB Insights records daily totals for product views, quote-list activity, inquiry submissions and banner interactions in our website database. These totals are scheduled for removal after 365 days and do not contain customer contact details, inquiry text, raw IP addresses, full URLs or full referrer addresses. A temporary keyed hash of the requesting IP address is used within a five-minute rate-limiting window. These event totals are not used to identify individual customers.
Visitor analytics do not use analytics cookies. A separate cookie, valid for 30 minutes, is used only for administrator testing. Our statistics tools are configured to exclude administrator activity and common automated traffic and to honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals when received. Browser restrictions and automated traffic may affect accuracy. Scheduled retention tasks depend on the website’s scheduled processing. Inquiry records and hosting or security logs are handled separately as described in this policy.
Retention and website access
The website uses HTTPS. Inquiry records are held in the private WordPress administration area rather than displayed in the public catalog.
We retain customer inquiries, quotes, artwork and order records indefinitely, with no fixed deletion schedule.
Our Hostinger hosting account has daily automated backups enabled for website files and the database. Hostinger states that daily backups are retained for the last seven days. Backup copies may contain information that was present when the backup was created.
After we approve and carry out a deletion request in our active records, older hosting backup copies are allowed to expire under the hosting provider’s retention schedule. If an older backup is restored, we will remove again the information covered by previously approved and completed deletion requests, subject to the necessary retention described below.
We currently do not download website backups to our computers or keep separate long-term backup copies.
Requests about your information

To request correction or deletion of your information, email info@epbprint.com. Our team will verify the request using your existing contact email address and order information before processing it. We will respond within 1–3 business days of receiving your request. After your identity has been verified, we normally complete the correction or deletion of eligible active records within 1–3 business days. Older hosting backups expire as described above.
When processing a deletion request, we may retain information necessary to complete outstanding orders, handle after-sales matters or maintain financial records.
This policy does not limit any rights available to you under applicable law.
Updates
When this policy is updated, we will revise its effective date. For material changes, we will also display a prominent notice on the website.
